Zakres odpowiedzialności:
Main duties and tasks:
- Coordinate and manage protection monitoring team in area of responsibility
- Participate in protection monitoring visits in the area of responsibility
- Collect quantitative and qualitative information about refugees’ needs and capacities
- Produce regular internal reports presenting finding
- Provide information to refugees on available services and assistance
- Identify persons with specific needs and facilitate referrals to services
- Facilitate training of local actors and partners on various protection standards and response mechanisms
- Engagement with and coordination of local actors including establishing efficient and accessible referral pathways with those local actors
- Engage with local authorities if/when requested by UNHCR
- Ensure the protection monitoring team is updated on emergency response plans
- Support in translation if needed in Ukrainian/Polish/English
Profil kandydata:
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the field of social work, legal assistance, humanitarian assistance or other relevant functions
- Experience in emergency preparedness and humanitarian response
- A good understanding of the particular needs of women, children, persons with disabilities, and older persons
- Previous experience working with and for persons with diverse backgrounds and nationalities is considered an asset
- Ability to independently travel throughout Podkarpackie Voivodship

- Fluency in Ukrainian, Polish and English is a requirement.
