Client Description:
Our client is a leading multinational digital communications technology company specializing in developing, manufacturing, and selling networking hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and other high-technology services and products.
Responsibilities:
• Activate Event Requests and input needs and drive effective engagements that meet customer needs and company business objectives.
• Lead and run the Go-To-Marketing Event Calendar for the region as a single source of truth for approved events, aligning with the region’s plans.
• Work closely with the Local Marketing Team to plan, consolidate and communicate on live, virtual and on-demand events.
• Program and project management for defined events from A to Z
• Collaborate with teams to define requirements and objectives, lead expectations and communications from the inception of engagement through delivery and follow-up
• Manage success matrix reporting for all events to measure the impact. A demand generation approach and lead management knowledge is a must
• Work with the Global Strategic Event Team to ensure contractual and compliance policy.
• Work with Marketing on processes such as Event website, agenda, registration, invitation, Email Comms, event promotion, Event follow-up, leads, and brand engagement while ensuring an excellent Customer Experience.
• Work with the CVENT Registration Platform to create and run registration experiences.

Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 4 years of Event Management experience in a similar role within a global company
• Willing to learn and motivated to adopt different event tools as needed within our Technology Stack
• Natural leader, highly organised and an excellent project manager
• Ability to handle various priorities within the teams
• A standout colleague within a larger organisation talking to different functions and locations
• Willing to collaborate and learn with local Marketing teams to provide an outstanding event experience end-to-end
• Experience with event tools and processes is a plus, as well as registration and website management via Cvent or similar, MS Office, and marketing automation tools.
• High-level verbal, written and positive communicator!
• Ability to think strategically
• Validated stakeholder management, including internal and external teams
• Able to work in a sophisticated, policy-driven work environment, handling multiple projects at the same time
• Good financial and compliance expertise regarding Events
• Language: English & other pan European language
